The General Councilis a governing body to which it is responsible, among other tasks, to approve amendments to the statutes, organize the election procedure and elect the Rector, assess the acts of the Rector and the Management Board, as well as propose initiatives that it deems necessary for the proper functioning of the University. It is also up to the General Board, on a proposal from the Rector, to approve the medium-term strategic plans and the action plan for the four-year term of the Rector’s term .
